Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy

• Current full AHPRA registration (unlimited)

• Eligibility for Medicare provider status

• NSW Working with Children Check

• 3+ years’ paediatric experience, with capability to supervise and mentor

• Strong written and verbal English skills

• Demonstrated service development/improvement experience

• Growth mindset and leadership potential

• Openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous development

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
