 The Role 

• NDIS Occupational Therapist and NDIS speech therapist mobile role
• Mix case load- we will tailor case load as per your preferences 
• Deliver 1:1 treatment to participants to reach their highest potential and to hit their NDIS Goals
• Write daily reports/ Supervise staff 
• Preparing template and ability to write comprehensive assessment and report writing
• Assisting participant with providing home modifications, equipment prescription/letter of recommendation, home modification report, wheelchair modifications and organizing a quotes for assistive device, wheelchair railing modifications or assessment, cognitive assessments and supporting participant's overall functional independence and help them to achieve barrier free goals
• Liaise with necessary stakeholders as per participant’s requirement 
• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary team, to facilitate a holistic support to participants.
• Paid travel and flexible workload 

How will you be supported?

• Professional development allowance: $1500/year for clinician covering 38 hours/week

Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor/Master Qualification in Occupational Therapy and speech therapy with community therapy experience preferred but not essential 
• work rights or willing to accept visa sponsorship  
• AHPRA registration for OTs or eligible 
• Working With Children Check or willing to apply
• NDIS screening check or willing to apply 
• COVID 19 vaccine certificate
• NDIS worker orientation Module
• Current driver's license
