About You

You’re a purpose-driven Occupational Therapist who believes everyone deserves the chance to live independently, participate fully, and do the things that matter most. You love collaborative practice, write clear and defensible reports, and you’re excited to combine evidence-based neuro rehab with cutting-edge technology.

About Us – Aevum Health

Aevum Health is a multidisciplinary allied-health team proudly serving the Sutherland Shire and St George communities. We deliver evidence-based neurological rehabilitation across conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, MS, Parkinson’s, and spinal cord injury.

We’re known for family-centred care, strong inter-disciplinary collaboration, and goal-driven programs. Our clinic features a state-of-the-art Tyromotion robotic therapy suite (Amadeo, Diego, Myro, Pablo) to supercharge upper-limb recovery with high-repetition, task-specific practice and real-time feedback.

Why Join Aevum Health?

  • Above-Award Salary + Benefits: $85,000–$125,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + super.
  • Burnout Prevention: Realistic caseloads, protected breaks, admin support, and leaders who check in with you—not just on you.
  • Unmatched PD Support: Mentoring and encouraged annual ongoing PD courses

Paid CPD budget

  • Regular supervision & mentoring from experienced neuro OTs
  • Opportunities to lead, mentor, develop services, and innovate
  • Beautiful Clinical Environment: Purpose-designed therapy spaces that make rehab engaging and effective.

  • Neurological Upper-Limb Therapy: Deliver engaging, task-specific upper-limb rehab using our Tyromotion suite (Amadeo, Diego, Myro, Pablo), grounded in motor learning principles and high-repetition practice.
  • Collaborate & Co-Treat: Work closely with OTs, Physios, EPs and others to craft integrated plans that improve function, participation and independence.
  • Educate & Empower: Provide practical strategies and home programs for clients, families and carers; review progress and iterate plans.
