About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across a diverse caseload. You will work with clients under the NDIS, private sector, and the NSW Motor Accident and Workers Compensation schemes. As this is open for entry level clinicians, you will appropriate supervised by a senior occupational therapist, by an occupational therapy-led organisation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver client-centred occupational therapy in home and community settings
• Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and therapy interventions
• Provide high-quality independent assessments and reports
• Assess, prescribe, and script assistive technology and home modifications
• Liaise with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other stakeholders
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
• Identify and improve areas of service delivery

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• No Minimum experience! New Graduates encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience in inpatient, community or private practice settings
• Strong communication, report-writing, and clinical reasoning skills
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• Commitment to ethical practice, client-centred care, and continuous improvement
