  • Designs and implements evidence-based, neuroaffirming programs that respect each young person’s unique identity and family context.

  • Partners with families and schools, providing guidance to enhance support across home, school, and community environments.

  • Utilises emotionally attuned, trauma-informed approaches that promote safety, self-understanding, and connection.
