Position Overview:
We are seeking a Psychologist, Social Worker or an Occupational Therapist to join our team.
In this role, you will:

Deliver individual and group psychotherapy sessions.

Conduct discipline-specific assessments.
-
Coordinate patient care and contribute to recovery plans.
-
Work collaboratively with patients, their families, and the broader care team to support a holistic approach to mental health care.
This position offers flexible hours, and we are open to, Full-time | Part-time | Casual arrangements. To be eligible, you must be a Registered Psychologist, Mental Health Accredited Social Worker or a Mental Health Accredited Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Care: Provide high-quality mental health interventions, including individual and group therapy, within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Group Therapy: Develop, implement, facilitate, and evaluate group therapy programs tailored to patient needs.

Patient Safety: Maintain a safe and supportive environment, adhering to infection control and workplace safety protocols.

Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment, assisting with the orientation of new staff and supporting team goal-setting.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development and review of clinical policies and procedures.
What You’ll Bring:

A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (with AHPRA registration) or Social Work (with Mental Health Accreditation and eligibility for AASW membership) or Occupational Therapy (with OTA Mental Health Endorsement), showcasing your professional foundation and commitment to best practices.

Proven experience in mental health settings, with a comprehensive understanding of various treatment modalities to support patient-centred care.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, enabling you to handle complex situations with clarity and efficiency.

A strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, contributing positively to team dynamics and patient outcomes.
Desirable Qualifications:

An advanced postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, reflecting your dedication to specialised knowledge and growth.
