Barefoot Therapists is a leading multi-disciplinary paediatric practice located on the scenic Mornington Peninsula, winner of 'Wild Women in Business' Business of The Year 2024. We offer services from infancy through adolescence and young adults at our Barefoot Child & Family Centre in Rosebud and Gadara Farm in Boneo.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing client-centred OT assessments and interventions in clinic, at our farm, home, school, or community settings

Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans to support functional outcomes

Collaborating with families, educators, allied health professionals and support networks
-
Maintaining high-quality documentation in line with NDIS and professional standards
-
Participating in peer supervision, professional development and team collaboration
-
Who We’re Looking For:
-
-
Qualified Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of clinical experience
-
Registered with AHPRA
-
NDIS worker screening and Working with Children checks
-
Experience with paediatric and/or disability clients (NDIS experience highly valued)
-
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, down-to-earth approach
-
Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a caseload with autonomy
-
Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
-
Bonus Points If You Have:

Interest or experience with autism, ADHD, Anxiety/mental health, or trauma-informed practice
-
An interest in Animal Assisted Therapy with a love of animals and curiosity about how they can support therapeutic outcomes

First Aid training
