Occupational Therapist - Clinic and Farm-based

We offer services from infancy through adolescence and young adults at our Barefoot Child & Family Centre in Rosebud and Gadara Farm in Boneo.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• • Providing client-centred OT assessments and interventions in clinic, at our farm, home, school, or community settings

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based therapy plans to support functional outcomes

  • Collaborating with families, educators, allied health professionals and support networks

  • Maintaining high-quality documentation in line with NDIS and professional standards

  • Participating in peer supervision, professional development and team collaboration

Who We’re Looking For:

• • Qualified Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of clinical experience

  • Registered with AHPRA

  • NDIS worker screening and Working with Children checks

  • Experience with paediatric and/or disability clients (NDIS experience highly valued)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, down-to-earth approach

  • Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a caseload with autonomy

  • Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

Bonus Points If You Have:

• • Interest or experience with autism, ADHD, Anxiety/mental health, or trauma-informed practice

  • An interest in Animal Assisted Therapy with a love of animals and curiosity about how they can support therapeutic outcomes

  • First Aid training
