Competitive Salary & Financial Benefits

• Base salary up to $110,000 (commensurate with experience)

• 12% superannuation

• $5,000 annual car allowance

• Clinician Bonus Scheme – 15% of the NDIS gazette rate for every billable hour over KPI

Remote & Regional Service Delivery

• Paid flights, accommodation, and meals.

• Extra $5 per hour on top of your hourly rate for remote travel.

• Per Diem allowance: additional daily support to cover incidentals, because we know life on the road comes with extra costs.

• Service locations include Maningrida, Wadeye, Galiwinku, Ramingining, Borroloola, Robinson River, Timber Creek, Bulla, Tiwi Islands and other regional NT communities

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll deliver high-quality, participant-focused therapy to NDIS participants across Darwin and remote NT. You’ll complete assessments, create functional intervention plans, and collaborate with families, carers, and community partners to achieve meaningful outcomes.
