Pure Potential is a mobile-based service providing high quality, evidence based occupational therapy services to Dubbo and surrounding areas.

You will be based at home and service Dubbo and surrounding areas with a central hub to work from at your convenience.

Pure Potential provides Occupational Therapy services to children, adults and older persons for a range of physical and intellectual disabilities. The caseload will be a mixture of private, Medicare, NDIS, and Aged Care Package clients.

The role will involve the following:

  • Conduct assessments and collaborate with clients to contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and review of the client plan as appropriate to their circumstances.
  • Coordinate the delivery of occupational therapy services to assess and treat children, adults and older persons with various diagnosis/disabilities.
  • Assist each client achieve these goals through therapy services, planning, home modifications and prescription of assistive technology.  
  • Conduct home visits and visits to the community as required.
  • Work in a flexible home-based role providing mobile occupational therapy service to the Dubbo and surrounding areas.

Successful Applicants must have the following:

  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Working with children’s check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
  • Current Police check within the last 12 months.
  • Current drivers licence and own car.
  • Minimum 2 working references
  • Minimum 1 character reference if your are new graduate with no OT experience.
  • Proof of immunisation status in line with NSW Health requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
