Why You’ll Love Working With Us
We know that great clinical work comes from clinicians who feel valued, supported, and energised. That’s why we build systems that work for our team with realistic workloads, meaningful supervision, and open communication.
If you’re looking for a place where your ideas matter, where you can grow your expertise, and where your care makes a tangible difference we’d love to hear from you.
About Us
Occupationally Neuro is a Geelong-based practice with a passion for working in adult neurological and complex physical conditions. We provide hands-on, in-home therapy that focuses on what really matters.
We’re a small, collaborative team that believes in empowerment for both our clients and our clinicians. That means realistic caseloads, ongoing support, and space to grow your practice in the direction that energises you.
Our reputation has grown through word of mouth families, support coordinators, and other clinicians come to us because we go deep, we communicate clearly, and we genuinely care.

What We Offer
-
Empowered workload: You’ll have a manageable caseload designed for quality care and clinical depth, not volume (and I'm not just saying this!).
-
Flexibility: Choose full-time or part-time employment work to suit your lifestyle.
-
Support & growth: Structured supervision, case discussions, and access to ongoing professional development.
-
Collaboration: Be part of a passionate team that values transparency, shared learning, and authentic communication.
-
Diverse caseload: Work with adults under NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe and private funding streams with a focus on Neuro conditions including stroke, Parkinson’s, MS, and ABI.
-
Future opportunities: As we continue to grow, there’s room to expand into leadership, education, or advanced clinical roles.
Be part of a genuine, occupation-focused practice that puts people first (both staff and clients!)
