From our East Maitland clinic, we’re growing a team of passionate clinicians and we’re on the lookout for an Occupational Therapist who’s ready to do work that matters, in a way that works for you.
  
Your Role at a Glance

As an OT at Avina, you’ll deliver strengths-based, functional therapy that empowers clients to participate fully in daily life, with:

• True flexibility - Full-time, part-time (min. 3 days/week), school hours… your call
• Hybrid working - One day a week in clinic, the rest in the community or from home
• Autonomy + support - You’ll have space to manage your caseload your way, with the backing & supervision of a close-knit multidisciplinary team
• Paediatric caseload - Roughly 70% of your clients will be children, with the rest adults - perfect for someone looking to lean into paed

• Work local - Travel within Newy & the Hunter using your own vehicle or opt into our pool cars

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
• A client-first mindset and a flexible, evidence-based approach
• Experience (or interest) in paediatric therapy, with comfort working across the lifespan
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Driver’s License, and unrestricted Australian working rights
