Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualised assessments to understand clients' functional capacities.

• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies focusing on the environment, activities, and personal capacities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

• Prepare detailed reports to support NDIS plan reviews and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.

• Experience in home visits, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, and home modifications.

• Strong commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based practice.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Laptop for documentation and communication.
