We are excited to welcome applications from early career and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our Gold Coast team!

GenPhysio Occupational Therapists provide a diverse range of mobile care to the community; from assessments and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, mental health, rehab and online health options and so much more - we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets for a continually engaging career experience.

How does GenPhysio support our OTs?

• Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow OTs and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
• Supervision -support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
• Head office based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week

• Flexibility - whether its part-time/full-time or a 9-day fortnight - let's make your schedule work for you
• Professional Development - $2,000 allowance that you can access from 3 months service and 3 days paid study leave.

Requirements

What is needed to work as an OT at GenPhysio?

• Tertiary qualifications as Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
• Current driver's license
• Ability to legally work in Australia
