We’re Hiring: Occupational Therapist - Hybrid/Flexible

We’re seeking an independent Occupational Therapist to provide approximately 10-15 hours per week of capacity-building support, with the option to build a larger case load if desired. This role is a hybrid and designed to flex around your existing commitments.

About you:

• You are confident working with children, teens, and adults

• You understand (or are willing to learn) identify-affirming, person-centred practice

• You have experience supporting the functional development of individuals with disabilities

• You are passionate about empowering people across the lifespan

• You’re collaborative, self-motivated, and aligned with a relational, capacity-building approach

• You value flexibility, integrity, and connection in your work

Preferred but not essential:

• Experience with Functional Capacity Assessments

• Familiarity with NDIS processes and report writing

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master of Occupational Therapy

• AHPRA registration

• ABN (company structure preferred; sole trader also accepted)

• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

• NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

• NDIS Mandatory Training Certificates (or willingness to complete)

• Car license

• Reliable internet, laptop, and confidential workspace
