What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with older adults and NDIS participants in their homes to:

Conduct comprehensive home safety and functional assessments for clients in your local area!

Recommend and prescribe equipment and home modifications
-
Deliver manual handling advice and falls prevention education
-
Provide NDIS services, including AT applications, SIL/SDA assessments, capacity-building therapy, and functional reports

Caseload starts gently (4–6 visits per week) and builds up to approx. 2 client visits per day, leaving plenty of time for documentation and supervision.
What a Typical Day Looks Like

☀️ Start by checking your daily visits and packing any tools or equipment.

🚘 Travel to your first client’s home, provide therapy or assessments, and recommend solutions to promote safety and independence.

📝 Complete notes and reports during the day to stay on top of your documentation.

🤗 Connect with your colleagues online or in person to share ideas and support.

What We’re Looking For

Occupational Therapy degree (or about to graduate!)

AHPRA Registration (or pending outcome)
-
NDIS Worker Check (or willing to apply)

Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance

Current Driver’s Licence + access to your own vehicle
