We’re currently recruiting 2x Occupational Therapists who share our heart for helping people thrive. Whether you’re just starting your career as a new grad or you’ve been in the field for years, we’ll work with you to design a role that fits your lifestyle and professional ambitions.

Accepting both part-time and full-time applications, and face-to-face therapy and/or assessments only depending on your area/s of interest.

Your Caseload

We’ll shape your client list to align with your strengths and passions—whether that’s early intervention, sensory processing, assistive technology, mental health, functional rehab, or a combination. You’ll have the flexibility to work in our clinic, in homes, in the community, or via telehealth—whatever best supports your clients and your work style.

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive OT assessments using standardised tools and functional observation

• Developing and delivering therapy plans tailored to each client’s goals

• Providing intervention in areas such as fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, daily living skills, workplace support, and rehabilitation

• Offering client- and family-centred support through regular feedback, education, and home or workplace programs

• Collaborating with other allied health professionals, educators, families, and support staff

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with best practice

• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture
