- Supervision and mentoring programs including:
- One-on-one supervision with internal senior Speech Pathologist (frequency dependent on experience/ needs);
- Regular OT Peer Mentoring with OT team members (learn with OT peers);
- Regular MDT Peer Mentoring with all disciplines (learn with MDT peers);
- New Graduate or Emerging Leaders specific development (dependent on experience)
- Regular team meetings. Plus Annual Team Planning and Team Scheduling days to share inspiration, motivation and innovative ideas to improve evidence based practice; including paid time to attend team building/ socialisation.
Requirements
What can you bring to our Allsorts team?
- A Degree in Occupational Therapy and ideally work experience in a disability caseload
- Current AHPRA registration
- Eligibility for OTA membership
- Current Blue Card clearance
- Professional indemnity insurance
- A current Drivers Licence & reliable vehicle
- Motivation to work inclusively with children and families
- Good interpersonal team skills
- Ability for independent problem solving
- Initiative
- Quality reflective practice
- Quality communication with families, team and all stakeholders.
