PCCS has an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who wants to make a meaningful and positive impact by working with our clients. Our occupational therapists offer best practice OT services and a personalised care approach to people living with long term health conditions, including mental illness and other needs.

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide a high standard of clinical services to a range of age groups that includes client-focused assessment and therapy, equipment prescription, and home modifications.
  • Develop care plans, monitor adherence to the plans, evaluate effectiveness, monitor the client’s progress in a timely manner and facilitate any changes required.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective use of service resources, including prioritising clients with the highest needs. 
  • Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team and senior management to support improved care planning and continuity of care across service boundaries.
  • Coordinate the promotion of Primary Care support services and resources to relevant stakeholders.

Selection Criteria 

  • Professional Registration AHPRA
  • Experience in similar role is desirable
  • Knowledge of disability & mental health services
  • Driver’s Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • WWCC
