Job Description
Looking for More Than Just a Job?
We’re building something special—and we’re looking for a Paediatric Occupational Therapist who wants to grow their career in a supportive, flexible, and purpose-driven team.
About Us
Access to Therapy exists to meet the need for access, empathy, and hope—for families and for clinicians. We deliver therapy in homes, kindies, schools, daycares, and in our clinic at YMCA Springfield Central.
We’re building a flexible, empowering, and family-centred service — designed by therapists, for therapists.
I’m Callum, a physiotherapist and former hospital director. We’re creating a place where clinicians feel valued, trusted, and supported to do meaningful work.
Applications can feel formal—so give me a call or let’s grab a coffee first. Once we’ve had a chat, then consider applying. I’d love to hear your story.
