We’re Hiring!
We’re after another outstanding paediatric occupational therapist to join our amazing team. This position is intended as a full-time role, however, we would consider applicants who would prefer a part-time role as well.
What to Expect
We have an incredible team who enjoy supporting each other and genuine office camaraderie. We also ensure that all of our staff are supported to develop their professional and personal skills.
As part of these supports, you will be provided with:

Opportunity to observe sessions of other clinicians (both speech and OT)

Exceptional supervision with regular individual supervision and additional peer support with fortnightly ‘OT Time’

Structured induction program to orient you to all Young Allied Health policies and procedures

Fortnightly staff meetings with ‘Clinic Bites’ - our regular sharing of in-house clinical development. Additional in-house training days provided also.
About You:
You are a highly motivated, fun and friendly therapist who values compassion and generosity in client care. You are passionate about working with children and enjoy the challenge of working with a diverse caseload. Your strengths lie in working closely with families and as part of a close-knit team to deliver excellent outcomes for families. You are known for your caring nature, excellent communication skills, and your ability to relate to people from all backgrounds. You love to provide family-focused, holistic and evidence driven assessment and therapy services for children.

We have recently relocated to our beautiful new clinic in Cranbrook. Our team loves good coffee and good conversation. Essential Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA Registration
- Hold a current ‘C’ class drivers licence
