Job Description

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapists to join our Perth Metro team, south of the river.  You'll be working with individual and group clients, and their carers, to create innovative, sustainable and practical evidence based technical and behavioural strategies and provide corresponding therapeutic interventions in our diverse programs and services including the Commonwealth Home Support Program, NDIS Therapy, Healthy Lifestyle Services, and fee-for-service.

  • Competitive hourly rate depending on level of experience, ranging from $44.51 to $50.61 per hour ($87,951 to $100,005 per annum full time equivalent)

Requirements

Your knowledge and skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and AHPRA registration.
  • Good knowledge of and ability to provide education on the impacts of ageing as well as chronic disease management and prevention.
  • Experience delivering occupational therapy services in the community and disability sector.
  • Ability to develop high quality care plans, case notes and written reports.
  • Diligent, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent manner and ability to create a comfortable environment for clients during home visits.
  • National police certificate dated within 6 months, NDIS worker check and working with children check.
