About Us
OT GO is a paediatric occupational therapy practice specialising in school-based therapy. We work collaboratively with families, teachers and children to develop and implement individually tailored therapy programs that promote development, well-being and learning.
Our approach combines play-based therapy with evidence-based practice to help children develop and strengthen the skills that support learning, play and relationship building at school and home.
The Role
Are you a paediatric OT looking for consistent, meaningful work that fits around family life? Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, this permanent contractor position offers the perfect balance - regular income with complete school holidays off.
You'll receive full mentoring and support as you work in a supportive school environment, delivering individualised occupational therapy services to children in their learning environment.

Duties will include:
- Providing individualised occupational therapy assessment and intervention to children in school settings
- Developing and implementing evidence-based, play-focused therapy programs
- Collaborating with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and case notes
- Participating in school meetings and IEP planning as required
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN)
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- All experience levels welcome - full support and mentoring provided
