Job Description
We are growing and on the lookout for our next awesome team members at OAK OT. If you’re looking for a positive, supportive workplace where your days are filled with laughter, learning, and making a real difference in the lives of children, then you’ve come to the right place. Graduates (or soon to be) are encouraged to apply!
The OAK OT name is more than just a logo — it’s a symbol of growth. Just as a tiny seedling inside an acorn flourishes into a grand oak tree, we nurture our clients and our team members to grow strong and confident in their own unique way. We know that no two oak trees are the same, and that’s why we have a strong focus on providing individualised support for each team member. We are committed to ensuring our team blossoms in the same way as our clients and, with the appropriate guidance and support, flourish into incredible people and amazing OTs.
Don’t just take our word for it – here’s what our current team say about working together:
📚 Continuous learning: We are provided with many opportunities for growth and development, whether through collaboration with peers, group supervision sessions, or mentoring opportunities.
🚀 Professional development: We can choose our own external courses to attend, and we also have regular in-house speakers.
🌟 Positive team culture: Everyone is supportive of one another. We have lots of laughs and make the effort to ensure everyone feels appreciated and valued.
🎨 Regular team days: We do regular fun activities as a team to connect and recharge.
🔍 Client choice: We are given the option to choose the types of clients on our caseload.
🌍 Flexibility: We can work from different environments — in the office, at home, at a café, or somewhere in between.
🧘 Wellbeing: We share a belief that personal wellbeing matters just as much as professional success.
🤝 Collaborative office: Our open-plan office encourages teamwork and creativity.
🎉 Fun: We take our work seriously, but we also know how to have fun along the way.
