We're a small, mobile paediatric OT service supporting children and families across metro and regional Victoria. We work with children aged 0–18, mostly supported by NDIS. Our caseloads are full of neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD, ID, Learning Disabilities, and more) with some more physical or genetic conditions as well.

1 - Senior OT

We seeking an experienced OT, or someone with leadership aspirations, to support families in South-East Melbourne and/or the Gippsland region. Whether you're a seasoned professional or looking to step into a more senior role, we want to hear from you!

You'll have full flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle:

🛻 Mobile Days – Work on the road up to 4 days/week, supporting kids at home, school or kindy.
🧑‍💻 Admin From Home – Take a weekly admin day at home for notes, reports, planning and supervising junior staff.
🏢 Clinic Options – Prefer clinic-based work? We have a cosy, well-resourced clinic in Longwarry available for group programs, 1:1 sessions, resource development, or team collaborations.

As our team expands, we're ready to welcome a Senior OT to take on clinical leadership. You might:

• Supervise mid-level clinicians (monthly)

• Run our AHA program – writing 6-week plans, training and supervising

• Design and deliver awesome new group programs (we love ideas like teen social groups!)

2 - New graduate OT

Are you a new or soon-to-be graduate Occupational Therapist ready to start your career in a supportive and flexible environment? We're looking for a passionate OT to join our team, supporting children and families across South-East Melbourne and/or the Gippsland region.

This role is designed to help you grow your confidence and skills as you make the transition from study to practice — with structured supervision, learning opportunities, and a gradual build-up of your caseload.

You'll have full flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle:
