On-Site Team Leader Full-Time Part-Time Queensland Paediatric

Job Description

Imagine your ideal Paediatric Occupational Therapy role and see how close this fits!

  • Step into a busy, established OT Clinic with abundant resources and supplies.
  • Grow your skills as a leader of our young team
  • Salary from $100,000 to $115,000 FTE (Part-time options are also available)
  • Join a friendly, warm, caring group of passionate practitioners and support staff
  • Enjoy a rich learning environment within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Tyack Health is an integrated, holistic health practice dedicated to helping people feel better for life.

We are looking for a part-time or full-time paediatric occupational therapist to help lead our team of warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth individuals, in addition to managing a reduced caseload without the onerous KPI's.

For the last 2 years, we've been working on a solution to address the challenges of workflow and professional pressures that can lead to burnout. We have developed a structured approach for our team as a result, which is helping to keep our team energised and passionate about working with patients across a broad demographic.

Tyack Health is an environmentally conscious organisation and a Star Partner with EcoBiz. We support our team with a healthy lunch Mon - Fri, cooked in our staff kitchen. Our Occupational Therapy room is a generous size and has a comprehensive array of resources.

Our team comprises a close-knit group of like-minded paediatric practitioners, including 3 Occupational Therapists, 1 Speech Pathologist, and 2 Psychologists. We also have 10 General Practitioners and more Allied health practitioners on site who work collaboratively with our team. We are passionate about professional development and shared care.

If this feels like an environment you would excel in, I encourage you to give me a call so we can chat further to explore exactly how you like to work. Call Jenny Honeyman on 07 3249 5321 or email via jennyhoneyman@tyackhealth.com.au.
