The Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic new graduate or early-career Occupational Therapist with a keen interest in paediatrics. You’ll support children, teenagers, and adults with diverse needs, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions for clients of all ages (mainly paediatrics)

• Conduct assessments like Functional Capacity, Movement ABC, Beery, Sensory Profiling, Vineland

• Write clear, timely reports, notes, and NDIS documentation (these are shared with senior OT)

• Collaborate with Allied Health Assistants

• Travel to schools, kindergartens, and homes to provide therapy

• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and families

What You Bring:

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years’ experience in paediatric OT (we welcome new grads!)

• Bachelor, Honours, or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Friendly, approachable, and client-focused personality

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

• Flexible and willing to adapt to different settings

Essential Checks & Requirements:

• AHPRA Registration

• Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Australian Police Check

• Current Australian driver’s license & own vehicle

• Pre-employment medical clearance

• Professional indemnity & insurance
