Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist (Community-Based)
Location: Sydney Southwest (Flexible with Work-from-Home Options)

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver community-based services across a diverse caseload. You will work with clients under the NDIS, private sector, and the NSW Motor Accident and Workers Compensation schemes. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in an autonomous yet collaborative environment and is passionate about enabling people to live independently and meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver client-centred occupational therapy in home and community settings
- Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and therapy interventions
- Provide high-quality independent assessments and reports
- Assess, prescribe, and script assistive technology and home modifications
- Liaise with families, support coordinators, case managers, and other stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence
- Identify and improve areas of service delivery

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Full AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to NDIS or insurance schemes
- Demonstrated experience in inpatient, community or private practice settings
- Strong communication, report-writing, and clinical reasoning skills
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Commitment to ethical practice, client-centred care, and continuous improvement
