The Role

A full-time, permanent position, you will work within our client’s product showroom in either Cheltenham or the brand-new facility in Ringwood. Working closely with your colleagues, you will help customers to find assistive products that support their recovery and independence.
Your day-to-day will be varied and depends on customer flow but is likely to consist of:

  • Using your clinical knowledge to understand customer needs to ensure their recovery and ongoing independence
  • Helping fit or assemble products
  • Answering customer product enquiries
  • Helping locate products within the showroom or in the online catalogue
  • Answering phone calls
  • Completing paperwork to ensure accurate invoicing, delivery and customer reimbursement

About You

  • You have a qualification in an Allied Health Discipline - preferably Occupational Therapy but the role is also open to those who have studied Physiotherapy too.
  • You are empathetic and a problem-solver and love building trust. You thrive on helping people find great health and mobility solutions
  • You may have already had experience in face-to-face Customer Service, preferably in a retail setting
  • You are ambitious, want to develop professionally and are excited to work in the sales arena
