Job Description

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? At Able Allied Healthcare, we’re expanding and we’re looking for a passionate and motivated Senior and dedicated OT Team Leader to help guide and grow our talented team.

This role offers the best of both worlds: clinical practice with a manageable caseload across paediatric and adult therapy, or your choice of one or the other. Plus the opportunity to mentor, lead, and make a real impact in a values-driven, supportive environment.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

At Able Allied Healthcare, we are guided by our core values of Integrity, Compassion, Adaptability, Collaboration, and Humility in everything we do.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

  • Lead With Integrity: Help shape the direction of our OT team with openness, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Work With Compassion: Be part of a team that truly cares, for each other, for our clients, and for the community.
  • Thrive Through Adaptability: Enjoy flexible hours, dynamic caseloads, and a workplace that values innovation and growth.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work in a multi-disciplinary team that supports and uplifts one another, with regular team lunches, social events, and shared wins.
  • Stay Humble, Keep Growing:  We foster a humble environment, just a genuine passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and growing together.

What You Can Expect

  • Established private clinic: our long serving clinic has been providing services in the Moreton Bay region for over 10 years and continues to grow strong year on year.
  • Supportive Leadership Role: Provide supervision, mentorship, and team development for OTs and AHAs.
  • Balanced Caseload: adjusted caseload with a combination of clinic-based and/or community-based clients with support from our dedicated admin team.
  • Professional Development: Access regular supervision, personalised learning pathways, and up to $2,000 annual PD allowance plus paid study leave.
  • Dedicated Admin Support: Free up your time for what matters most, client outcomes and team leadership.
  • Flexible Work Options: Choose full-time or part-time, with hours between 7:30am–5:00pm and a half-day Friday.
