I’m Amy Geach - your future boss!  I am an OT, business owner, mentor, mum, wife, and lover of a great view out across the horizon!

 Over the years, I’ve seen so many brilliant OTs feel stuck or disheartened—not because they’ve stopped caring, but because they’ve been working in systems that don’t support the way they want to practice. I know what that feels like. And it’s a big part of why I’ve built something different.

 When I created The OT Reboot, I did it because I believe in:

• Working outside the box to build careers that feel right, not just look right

Creating spaces where therapists can grow, thrive, and do good work without sacrificing themselves in the process

When I created Health Nest, I did so with these values in mind:

Requirements
