Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide high quality, timely, evidence-based assessment and reports to the standard of expert witness testimony in the areas of personal injury law, family law and NDIS matters before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal
• Work within legislative, regulatory and scope of practice requirements
• Confidently present occupational therapy opinion in Court or conclaves as needed

Requirements

Qualifications & experience

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA)
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 7 years’ experience across a range of clinical conditions and service settings
• Current valid National Police Check & Working with Children Check
• ABN holder, with the confidence to work professionally and with business acumen as a contractor
