1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and OT Jobs Australia, concerning your access to and use of the OT Jobs Australia website and services.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Job Posting Services

OT Jobs Australia provides a platform for employers to post job listings for occupational therapy positions.

2.1. Job Posting Content

You are solely responsible for the content of your job postings. Job postings must be legitimate occupational therapy positions. OT Jobs Australia reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any job posting at our sole discretion.

2.2. Prohibited Content

Job postings must not contain:

  • Discriminatory content or requirements based on race, color, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or any legally protected status
  • False, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Positions that require payment from the job seeker

3. Payments and Refunds

Job postings require payment before publication. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

3.1. Pricing

The current price for a 60-day job posting is $99.00 AUD including GST. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing paid listings.

3.2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • If your job posting is rejected by OT Jobs Australia
  • If there is a technical error causing your job not to be published
  • If you experience a duplicate charge for the same job posting

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment. Refunds are not available for job postings that have been published and are visible on the site, even if removed early.

4. Job Posting Approval and Duration

All job postings are subject to review before being published on OT Jobs Australia.

4.1. Approval Process

Job postings are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission. OT Jobs Australia reserves the right to reject any job posting that does not meet our guidelines or terms of service.

4.2. Duration

Job postings remain active on the site for 60 days from the date of approval, unless removed earlier at the employer's request or at OT Jobs Australia's discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

OT Jobs Australia is not responsible for the hiring decisions made by employers or the actions of job seekers. We act solely as a platform connecting employers with potential candidates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OT Jobs Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

OT Jobs Australia reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the website or via email.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
